I've been reading Kitchen Confidential and so this picture of the crew in action really makes me nervous. I don't believe there was ever fewer than 5 people in that kitchen, and there were no reports of lost limbs. I think the D&P Mals have the design for the ever expanding kitchen, and can extend it into the dining area. Looks like this could be dinner party central.
For all the madness it was a pretty good meal.

Kitchen Confidential was scary, we have the audio tapes! I like the idea of extending the kitchen you can never have a kitchen or bathroom that is too large, at least I haven't seen any! Great food we had at TG, the armadillo turkey was the best! Maybe we should change the name of this blog to the Patti and Todd show. Where is everyone?
Michele tried to post, she really did, but she could not get beyond a user name. lost creative momentum. I've learned to except the total "Mallen-ness" of this. You have to give partial credit for thoughts towards deeds.
