you got that right! The only problem is that there is no good regional foods of the teams playing today. I can't imagine that Pittsburg has anything worth claiming, right? Ugly meat and potatoes in a steel plate. Seattle? It's hard to rally the troups with salmon and a nice delicate Pinot. The microbrews there are definitely to be appreciated, but not chugged. I think the food matchup is as bad as the football. As for us, I got the first brisket of the year going, as being this far south we aren't fighting through the snow to the barbeque. Got the nice slow smoke going, typical of the region. However, being a native Californian I couldn't resist the urge to fag it up with a rub containing cinnamon, nutmeg and Himalayan crystal pink salt. Oh well, the wonder bread will offset any health benefits.
Reporting in for the new shadow way gang...we don't care what those plebians eat, we just want to see their butts and muscles...we will be enjoying the ever-popular southwest chili-rubbed flank steak, also smokey from the grill (80 degrees outside) and from the french quarter (Anne-Marie) a lovey potato au gratin counter blanaced with a hippie salad (Patti) and topped off with an aray of wines from Spain, CA and AZ. Go team!
